Randa Effat

Randa Effat is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist currently serving as the Director of THE CLINIC at BEHMAN PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATIONS LIMITED and The Behman Hospital since October 2015. With a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the American University in Cairo, Randa has previously worked as a Counseling Psychologist at the Solay Center and held significant administrative roles at the American University in Cairo as Director of Strategic Projects and Director of International Academic Advising. Randa's expertise includes integrating technology in education as an Educational Technologist with the USAID-sponsored IELP II project. Additionally, Randa has pursued specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy at the Linehan Institute.
