Faz Hares

Faz Hares is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at The Benevolent Society since October 2019, focusing on recruiting allied health specialists and planning long-term human resources strategies. Previously held roles include Recruitment Specialist for Disability and Placement Student at Side By Side Advocacy, where valuable insights into organizational operations were gained. Faz began a recruitment career at Randstad, progressing from industrial recruiter to assessment centre team member, and also has management experience at Inditex and BIG W, where customer service and team development were prioritized. Faz is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Human Services at Charles Sturt University and has completed a Human Resource Management course at TAFE NSW.
