Andrea Schneider has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Andrea started their career in 2003 as a Trainer/Consultant at IQuentis Ltd. In 2004, they joined Ford Motor Company as a Team Coach/Organisation Development Consultant in Product Development. After a year, they transitioned to Parker Hannifin where they worked as a Learning & Development Specialist for Germany. In 2011, they took on the role of Talent Manager EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) at Parker Hannifin until 2017. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Head of Learning & Development at The Berner Group.
Andrea Schneider began their education journey in 1996 at Universität Trier, where they pursued a Diplom/MSc degree in Psychology.
