Andrea Schneider

Andrea Schneider has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Andrea started their career in 2003 as a Trainer/Consultant at IQuentis Ltd. In 2004, they joined Ford Motor Company as a Team Coach/Organisation Development Consultant in Product Development. After a year, they transitioned to Parker Hannifin where they worked as a Learning & Development Specialist for Germany. In 2011, they took on the role of Talent Manager EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) at Parker Hannifin until 2017. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Head of Learning & Development at The Berner Group.

Andrea Schneider began their education journey in 1996 at Universität Trier, where they pursued a Diplom/MSc degree in Psychology. Andrea dedicated six years to their studies, completing their degree program in 2002. In 1999, Andrea also had the opportunity to expand their knowledge in Occupational Psychology through an MSc program at London Guildhall University, which lasted for one year. Alongside their formal education, Andrea obtained additional certifications, including Insights Discovery from Insights, Process and Embodiment Focused Psychology from Dr. Michael Bohne, and Systemic Coaching & Team Development from ISB Wiesloch.
