Natachia Antonis

Natachia Antonis has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Natachia is currently serving as the CHRO Berner Group and Executive Director (Berner Omnichannel Trading Holding SE) at The Berner Group. Prior to their current role, they worked as the CHRO Europe and CHRO NMEA at DB Schenker from 2012 to 2020. Before that, they held the position of Human Resource Director at Stefanutti Stocks from 2007 to 2012. Natachia also served as the Human Resources Director at NDA from 2002 to 2007 and as the Human Resources Manager at Newsclip Media Monitoring from 1998 to 2002. Natachia'searlier experiences include being a Branch Manager at Vitality from 1996 to 1997 and a Recruitment Consultant at Network from 1994 to 1995.

Natachia Antonis began their education by completing their Matric at Wessel Maree High School from 1984 to 1988. Afterward, they continued their studies at the University of Potchefstroom for CHE, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication & Business and Personnel Psychology from 1989 to 1992. Later, they pursued further education at UNISA from 2003 to 2005 and earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Communication, Research and Practice.
