Nicola Argenziano

Nicola Argenziano has extensive work experience in the field of human resources (HR). Nicola started their career as a Freelance Consultant at Petris from October 1996 to December 1999. Nicola then worked for Vodafone as an HR training & education professional from an unspecified start date in 2000 to 2002. Nicola joined Enel s.p.a. in February 2002 as an HR Manager and stayed there until November 2006. Following that, they served as an HR Director at Ricoh Europe from December 2006 to January 2009. Nicola then worked at Rhodia as Head of HR from June 2009 to July 2010. Nicola further advanced their career by becoming the Global HR Director at 9REN in Siemens Gamesa from August 2010 to June 2017. Nicola later joined Berner Italia in January 2018 as an HR Director, and currently, they hold the position of HR Director South-East Europe at The Berner Group starting from October 2021.

Nicola Argenziano completed a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova. This educational achievement spanned from 1991 to 1996. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, Nicola pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Politecnico di Milano, specializing in business administration.
