Dawn Ryan

Dawn has been with The Bernstein Companies since 2004 and directs to sourcing, origination, loan negotiation, due diligence and closing of the Bernstein Companies' commercial and hotel loan portfolio. Ms. Ryan reviews and oversees the governance and administration of the organizational documents of each transaction. Dawn has worked in commercial real estate finance since 1991 and has been directly involved in the financial analysis and closing of nearly $2 billion in commercial loans across all major property types. Prior to joining Bernstein, Dawn worked as a Vice President at Cassidy & Pinkard (now DTZ), coordinating due diligence, settlements and overseeing the firm’s team of finance brokers. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York – Geneseo, an M.B.A. from Rollins College, and an M.S. in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
