Sheila Brune

Sheila Brune is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient care and quality improvement. Currently serving as the CEO and Executive Director of The Living History Program since August 2017, Sheila has developed innovative methods to enhance relationships between patients and caregivers. As a member of The Beryl Institute since 2012, Sheila has promoted the Living History Program nationwide, transforming organizations for over 14 years. Previous roles include Director of Quality at KSB Hospital, Director of the Patient Experience at CGH Medical Center, and various leadership positions focused on performance improvement and patient satisfaction at Memorial Hospital and Great River Medical Center. Sheila holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis, along with a nursing diploma from St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing.
