Cornelius Dowdell, MBA, is an accomplished leader in talent development and business consulting with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at The Best Workplace, Cornelius focuses on delivering efficient customer-centric talent development programs with an emphasis on management and leadership. As Principal Owner of The Nelius Strategy LC, Cornelius partners with a diverse range of clients to design and enhance talent programs. Instructing at Emory Continuing Education, Cornelius designs leadership programs to improve workplace culture.
