Jon Whitehead

Jon Whitehead is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at The Big Issue Australia since February 2018, Jon also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Homes for Homes. Previous roles include CFO and Interim COO at Homes for Homes, and Finance Manager with acting CFO responsibilities at the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. Additional experience includes senior management accounting at Silk Telcom and Accenture, as well as various financial roles in government departments and ActewAGL. Jon holds a degree in Commerce, specializing in Banking and Finance from the University of Canberra and has completed the CPA Australia Program.
