Serena Crisp

Serena Crisp is an experienced professional with a strong background in account-based marketing, communications, partnerships, and fundraising. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Mercuri International Group since October 2022, Serena has also held the role of Associate Consultant at The Big Issue since February 2016, where responsibilities include partnerships, collaborations, learning and development, and event management. Previously, Serena was the Head of Partnerships & Philanthropy at The Big Issue and the Head of Fundraising & Partnerships focused on social justice at Emmanuel from May 2012 to February 2016. Serena's career began at Virgin Atlantic, where roles included Cabin Crew and Charity Ambassador from August 2004 to May 2012. Serena Crisp holds a First Class Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences with a Politics Specialism from The Open University, completed between 2015 and 2021.
