Andrei Majewski

Andrei Majewski is an accomplished executive search professional with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as the Director at The Big Search since June 2022, Andrei specializes in executive search for Venture Capital and Private Equity backed technology companies across Europe. As the Founder of Pomadent, Andrei transformed a side project into the most funded electric toothbrush in crowdfunding history, focusing on high-end oral care accessories. Previous roles include Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding at Pulkovo Airport, where Andrei developed a high-performing recruitment team, and Group Executive Search Lead at Eurofins, where a new in-house Executive Search team was established. Early career positions included Associate at Ward Howell, the first leading international executive search firm in Russia. Andrei holds an MA in International Relations from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BA in Political Science from European Humanities University.
