Marcella Oakley

Marcella Oakley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement and real estate negotiation. Currently serving as a Coach and Instructor at The Black Swan Group since January 2022, Marcella also holds a position as a Board Member for the CFF Metro D.C. Chapter since March 2020. Marcella leads The Oakley Group LLC, established in November 2013, and previously worked as a Detective for the Alexandria Police Department from 2004 to March 2014, including involvement in a hostage negotiations team in the Washington DC area.
