Luis Arce

Luis Arce has extensive experience in client finance, currently serving as the Director of Client Finance at The Bloc since March 2008. In this role, Luis reviews client contracts and establishes best practice policies for the agency. Previous positions at The Bloc include Associate Director, Client Finance, where feedback was provided to the Controller on financial analyses, and Client Finance Manager, where guidance was given to project teams on financial reporting. Luis began the career as a Billing Analyst at Re:Sources USA - Publicis Groupe, focusing on billing schedules and month-end close processes. Luis holds an A.A. in Business Administration from Borough of Manhattan Community College and further education from Baruch College.
