Rose Mirzaie

Rose Mirzaie is the General Counsel at The Block, which was acquired by Foresight Ventures in November 2023. Prior to this role, Rose worked as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Latham & Watkins. Rose also has experience as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins, an Associate at BR Venture Fund, and a Human Resources Associate at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Rose holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Vanderbilt University.
