Stacy Kelly

Stacy Kelly is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as a Partner at The Blum Firm, P.C. since July 2022, Stacy previously held the position of Senior Counselor at Holland & Knight LLP from June 2018 to July 2022. Prior to that, Stacy was a Partner at Ostrom Morris, PLLC from April 2016 to June 2018 and worked as an Attorney at Galligan & Manning, Terry Bryant PLLC, and Thompson & Knight LLP at different times between 2003 and 2016. Stacy began the legal career as an Attorney at Dinkins Kelly Lenox Lamb & Walker from February 2000 to March 2003. Stacy holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Probate Litigation from South Texas College of Law Houston, obtained between 1995 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, earned from 1982 to 1986.
