Patrick Luke

Patrick Luke possesses extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Board Member for Housing on Merit since 2016 and as the Managing Principal for The BLVD Group, a multifamily housing investment and development firm, since March 2013. Previously, Patrick held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions at California Landmark Group from December 2011 to March 2013, and as Director of Multifamily Acquisitions at StarPoint Property Management, LLC from November 2005 to October 2011. Patrick's career began in sales at Marcus & Millichap between 2004 and 2005, following an academic foundation from UCLA, where education was completed from 2000 to 2004.
