Nicholas Walsh is an experienced Service Manager with a strong background in the automotive industry. Since October 2017, Nicholas has been serving as the Service Manager at The BMW Store. Prior to this role, Nicholas was the Service Manager at Cincinnati MINI from July 2006 to September 2017, where management responsibilities included overseeing nine technicians, two valet drivers, and three service advisors. Nicholas achieved notable success by leading MINI Service to record sales in December 2015 and earned numerous accolades, including recognition as one of the top six MINI Service Advisors in the nation in 2010. Nicholas also contributed to the MINI Masters Council and the creation of MINI University. Nicholas holds an Associate's degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from United States jobs and careers.
