Ryan Reichlyn

Ryan Reichlyn is an experienced professional in real estate and investment, currently serving as a Licensed Commercial and Residential Real Estate Agent at InvestCore Commercial since September 2022. Simultaneously, Ryan holds the position of Investor Relations Specialist at The Boa Vida Group, one of the largest syndications for mobile home parks in the US, since January 2019, where involvement began as an investor before transitioning to sourcing investment partners. Additionally, Ryan has been the CEO and President of Ryan Scientific Inc. since 1995, providing global research chemistry solutions, and the CEO of Shepard Banks Investments LLC since January 2010, which focuses on multifamily real estate ventures and NNN assets. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree focusing on Business and Communications from Florida State University and attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
