Emma Cook, MPH, is a dedicated professional with a strong background in global health and public policy. Currently serving as a Writer for The Borgen Project since September 2022, Emma focuses on global politics and health issues while also lobbying for anti-poverty legislation. Prior experience includes a research internship at the World Health Organization Collaborating Center for Mental Health Disability and Human Rights, where Emma conducted literature-based research on international laws and policies related to mental health and human rights. Emma holds a Master's degree in Health Policy from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and dual Bachelor's degrees in Health Equity from Rhodes College.
