Leonor Fermoselle

Leonor Fermoselle is a seasoned roboticist currently working at The Boston Dynamics AI Institute since April 2023. Prior to this role, Leonor served as a Robotic Perception Engineer at TNO from April 2019 to January 2023, contributing to the Defence, Safety and Security unit within the Intelligent Imaging department. A background in research includes a position as a Student Researcher at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2018, where Leonor focused on robotic joint-attention systems for therapeutic applications in children with autism, part of the BabyRobot project. Leonor holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Systems, Control and Robotics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and another MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, complementing a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Additionally, Leonor has a Music Conservatory Degree from Escola de Música Nossa Senhora do Cabo, obtained between 2001 and 2013.
