Donna Dent has extensive experience in customer success and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at The Bot Platform since November 2020, Donna has previously held significant positions at Science in Sport, including Head of Global Customer Service and Customer Service & Operations Manager from July 2016 to November 2020. Prior to that, roles included Quality Manager at DPDgroup and Commercial Manager at Alfa Aesar, as well as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Tes Ltd. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in European Business Management & Languages from the University of Central Lancashire.
