Aaron Harris, PhD has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Aaron started their professional journey as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at James Madison University in 2010. Following this, Aaron worked as a Research Assistant in Cellular Biology at the University of Georgia. During this time, they also held the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant and Instructor, where they developed and instructed courses in anatomy, physiology, cellular, and molecular biology. Aaron transitioned into the industry working as a Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Search Consultant at HireMinds, managing full life cycle recruiting for a range of positions. Aaron then joined The Higgins Group as an Executive Search Consultant, focusing on life science searches in Clinical Development and Clinical Research Science. Aaron Harris, PhD earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from James Madison University in 2012. Aaron went on to obtain their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences in 2018.
