David Nootbaar holds several industry certifications, including Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Since November 2021, David has served as the Manager of Application Development at The Bradford Exchange. Prior to this, David spent over three decades at Discover Financial Services, where David held various senior management positions, including Senior Manager of Internet Card Operations and Senior Manager of Internet Third Party Applications. David's leadership involved the management of teams responsible for production support and the implementation of vendor software across Internet applications.
