Kelly Finney-Hughes

Kelly Finney-Hughes is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and business development. Currently serving as Head of Operations at The Bradford Exchange since April 2017, Kelly also holds the position of Sales and Business Development Manager at Connect Insurance Brokers Ltd, a role pursued since October 2016. Previously, Kelly worked as Head of Operations at Carrot Insurance for a short period in 2016 and as Operations Manager at Ageas Insurance Solutions from January 2007 to April 2016, focusing on management and delivery of business requirements. Earlier experience includes serving as a Police Officer at Derbyshire Constabulary from March 2006 to March 2009. Kelly is an alumnus of the University of Staffordshire, where studies took place from 2004 to 2006.
