Rietje Allen

Rietje Allen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rietje currently works as an Account Manager at The Brand Leader since 2022. Before that, they held various roles at United Catalyst Corporation, including Executive Account Manager, Territory Account Executive, Human Resources Coordinator, and HR Intern from 2019 to 2022. Rietje also worked as a Graduate Student Assistant in the Department of Strategic Communication at Liberty University from 2018 to 2019. Rietje has retail experience as well, having worked as a Manager and Sales Expert at Bath & Body Works and White Barn from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they have experience as an English Second Language Teacher at Hope E.V. College in 2012 and as an Intern at FRÖTEK-Kunststofftechnik GmbH in 2010.

Rietje Allen pursued higher education in the field of psychology and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University between the years 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and Christian Counseling from the same institution, Liberty University, from 2015 to 2017. Rietje also earned a certification titled "Bill George on Self Awareness Authenticity and Leadership" from LinkedIn in August 2017.
