Kayla Pollard

Kayla Pollard is an experienced professional currently serving as Equity Program Coordinator and Fellowship Coordinator at The BrandLab since September 2022. Prior to this, Kayla worked as Youth Program Coordinator at the Minnesota African American Heritage Museum and Gallery from March 2021 to September 2022. A brief internship in the Department of Inclusion and Community Engagement took place at the Minnesota Historical Society in June 2021. Previous roles include Jewelry Sales Associate at JCPenney, where customer service and jewelry appraisal skills were developed, and Receptionist at Waxing The City. Early experience includes serving as Peer Wellness Educator and Student Desk Manager at Hamline University, promoting healthy behaviors and overseeing dormitory operations, respectively. Kayla Pollard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Hamline University.
