Kathleen Spees

Kathleen Spees is a Principal at The Brattle Group, with previous experience as an Associate at the same company. Kathleen has also worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University and as a Visiting Researcher at the Center for the Study of Science Technology and Policy. Kathleen's research interests include cost-benefit analysis of electric advanced metering options in India. Kathleen holds a PhD in Engineering and Public Policy, an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Physics.
