Kelly Blaggie

Kelly Blaggie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2012 to present, they have worked at The Breakers Palm Beach, starting as a Recruiting Manager and later becoming the Director of Employment & Recruiting. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Human Resources. In their role at The Breakers Palm Beach, they have been responsible for managing a fast-paced employment and recruiting office, screening and interviewing applicants, and collaborating with community and university programs to attract top talent.

Prior to joining The Breakers Palm Beach, Kelly worked as the Associate Dean of Students and Director of Career Services at Northwood University from 2005 to 2012. Kelly also served as a Counselor Intern at Hillsborough Community College in 2005 and as an Admissions Coordinator at St. Paul's School from 2003 to 2005.

Kelly's earliest work experience was as a Public Relations Intern at Creative Campaign Consultants in 2002.

Kelly Blaggie earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling with a specialization in Career Counseling from the University of South Florida in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Public Relations at North Carolina State University from 1998 to 2002. Kelly also obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
