Carolyne Mondoux is the Vice President, Service Excellence, Quality & Innovation at The Brenda Strafford Foundation. Prior to this role, Carolyne served as the Executive Director and Quality Improvement Manager. Carolyne also worked as a Registered Dietitian and Owner at Fine Balance Nutrition. Additionally, Carolyne has experience as a Manager of Quality and Patient Experience at Hôpital Montfort. Carolyne holds a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
