At The Bridge, Felipe has long term relationships with our clients and makes sure we help them to achieve their goals through delivering high quality work.

Mr. Felix has over eight years experience working in the Strategic HR area in multinational companies and consultancies, starting out in Recruitment before joining The Bridge in 2019.

Currently he is responsible for Sales & Relationship in Brazil, leading a successful team with Hunters in Sao Paulo/SP and Curitiba/PR.

He helps companies to improve their People area by developing Digital Strategy, effective processes and tools to attract, retain, develop and motivate key talent at all levels in their business.

Felipe lived in Australia (2008-2009), holds a Post-Graduation in HR Management in FGV and also has a B.A. degree from PUC.
