Chanda Jain

Chanda Jain is a manager in The Bridgespan Group’s New York office. Since joining the organization in 2020, Chanda has worked with philanthropic organizations and non-profits across several domains, including grantmaking strategy and processes, organizational model design, and global equity issues.

Prior to Bridgespan, Chanda has worked as a public sector consultant advising government agencies and senior leaders on operational and strategic challenges such as economic development, digital transformation, and environmental sustainability. Chanda also has experience working with multilateral organizations, including UN agencies, on business development and strategic implementation planning for regional partnerships.

Chanda holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from College of Business Studies, Delhi University.
