Arsema Aklog is an A.B. candidate in Sociology with a secondary focus in Global Health and Health Policy at Harvard University, expected to graduate in 2026. Aklog holds several positions including Fellow at J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank, President of the Harvard Eritrean and Ethiopian Student Association, and Research Assistant at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Additionally, Aklog is an Associate at Harvard College Consulting Group, contributing to a sustainable procurement strategy for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, and a Student Ambassador for the Harvard Global Health Institute. Previous experience includes an internship with UNDP's Regional Bureau for Africa and a Monitoring and Evaluation internship with Build Health International, where Aklog audited health impact data for projects across Africa and South America. Aklog has also been actively involved in Model UN initiatives, serving as Secretary General of MUN@Home, a mentorship program that has reached over 3,500 youth worldwide.
