Amanda Kelland

Amanda Kelland is an experienced professional in the field of special educational needs and dyslexia support. Currently serving as an APC Reviewer for the British Dyslexia Association since December 2021, Amanda also holds the position of Specialist Assessor for Glamorgan Dyslexia Services, focusing on assessments for the Disabled Student Allowance. Amanda has extensive academic experience as Programme Leader and Senior Lecturer for the MA SEN program at the University of South Wales until September 2023. Previously, Amanda served as Vice-Chair for Dyslexia Cymru Charity and held various roles at Bridgend County Borough Council, including ALN Team Leader and SpLD Co-Ordinator. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Birmingham and is pursuing a Master's degree in Education from the University of Wales, Swansea.
