Ruth-Ellen Danquah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in neurodiversity and innovation, currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Exceptional Individuals since September 2019, focusing on commercial revenue and social impact. Ruth-Ellen has held multiple roles, including Delivery Lead and Neurodiversity Trainer, assisting neurodivergent clients and training senior executives. Additionally, as a DEI Trainer and Facilitator for the British Dyslexia Association, Ruth-Ellen addresses dyslexia and neurodiversity through an intersectional lens.
