Chris Breeze

Chris Breeze currently serves as the Managing Director for Ellipse Projects SAS in the UK since May 2021. In addition, Chris holds the position of Chairman at the Omani British Business Council and Vice-Chairman of The British Omani Society, both since September 2023 and January 2022 respectively. Prior to these roles, Chris held several senior positions at Shell from 2011 to 2021, including Vice President for the East Mediterranean and Shell Country Chairman in Oman. Chris's extensive career also includes nearly 25 years with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, culminating as Deputy Director. Chris Breeze earned a B.A. (Honours) in Economics and History from the University of Oxford and attended The King's School in Canterbury.
