Tom Slatter

Tom Slatter is currently the Head of Insights and Impact at The Brokerage, a social mobility charity that assists young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in accessing jobs in professional, financial, and related services. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at The Access Project, another organization focused on helping disadvantaged youth access top universities, and as a Teacher of Music at St Mark's Academy. Tom holds a PGCE Secondary in Music from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor's Degree in Music from the University of Roehampton.
