Nelson Ferreras has extensive experience in the healthcare financial services sector, currently serving in the Revenue Cycle at The Brooklyn Hospital Center since June 2016. Prior to this role, Nelson held the position of Director of Patient Financial Services and Managed Care at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center from March 2013 to June 2016. Nelson’s career also includes a tenure as Director of Patient Accounts at Continuum Health Partners from June 2011 to March 2013, and as Manager of Patient Financial Services at Lenox Hill Hospital from September 2001 to June 2011.
