Will Brown

Will has more than twenty-five years of successful commercialization experience in the pharmaceutical and life science industry, including leading multiple new product launches, leading successful sales teams, performing market research, and developing strategy using data and analytics. His diverse spectrum of professional development and range of therapeutic experience have equipped him with the skills to help clients develop commercial strategy and align the strategy with ability to execute. His current work with clients focuses on helping clients conduct new product launch planning and execution, and implementing professional development programs that improve marketing and commercial effectiveness.

After more than 20-years of marketing and commercial leadership experience, with significant experience in oncology and co-founding and exiting a successful oncology supportive care company, he joined The Brooks Group in 2020 as Vice President. Will specializes in strategy consulting, market research and commercial professional development. Will developed the “Fundamentals of Pharmaceutical Marketing” training course for commercial leaders to sharpen their skills and understand the role marketing teams play to develop strategic plans.

Will is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Engineering and Systems Engineering and earned his Master of Business Administration from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston. Will is an Adjunct Professor of Business (Entrepreneurship Program) at the Forbes School of Business and Technology, University of Arizona Global Campus.
