Kathryn Saar

Kathryn Saar has extensive experience in the affordable housing sector, currently serving in a development role at The Brownstone Group since January 2020. Prior to this position, Kathryn was the Vice President of Development for Affordable Housing at Leslie Holleman & Associates, Inc. from September 2015 to December 2019, primarily working with The Brownstone Group as a client. Earlier roles included various positions at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, including Competitive Tax Credit Program Administrator, Asset Manager, and Performance Specialist from June 2009 to September 2015, as well as Administrator at Neighborhood Housing Services of Austin from September 2006 to December 2008. Kathryn holds a degree from the University of North Texas.
