Stephen Threadgall

Stephen Threadgall is a seasoned project management professional with over 29 years of experience in delivering complex projects across various sectors including commercial, government, health, and infrastructure. Currently serving as Project Director and Canterbury and Upper South Island Lead at The Building Intelligence Group, Stephen previously held roles as Senior Project Manager at Savills Project Management and Associate Director at JLL. Additionally, Stephen has contributed to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as a Qualified RICS Assessor. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Building Surveying from Heriot-Watt University and an HND in Built Environment from Edinburgh's Telford College.
