Raymond Witkos

Raymond Witkos has a diverse work experience starting in 2011. Raymond began their career at PwC as a Real Estate Assurance Associate and worked their way up to Real Estate Assurance Senior Associate. During their time at PwC, Raymond specialized in providing transaction support for real estate entities, including valuation and accounting services, financial analysis, and market analysis. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Real Estate Advisory Senior Associate, where they continued to support clients in various real estate transactions. In 2019, Raymond joined Bulfinch as the Controller and recently became the Assistant Vice President of Valuation & Performance.
