Mahad B. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in UX research, business consulting, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Staff UX Researcher at Included Health since October 2022, Mahad also provides strategic advice to The Bureau Adventure Games and acts as an Advisor and Investor to Make Real Inc., where Mahad influences business development and funding strategies. Previously, Mahad was the Managing Partner at Gobee Group for over 14 years, focusing on social impact projects, and contributed to critical initiatives at organizations such as The World Bank, Microsoft, and Intel Corporation. Mahad holds a PhD and MIMS from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
