Dennis W. Forrest leverages more than three decades of facilities management, construction and architectural experience as Vice President, Integrated Facilities Management, for TBC. Over the past 20-years he served as Facilities Manager for Georgia-Pacific Corporation, having managed more than 2.8 million square feet of space throughout the United States and Japan. In addition, he brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Real Estate & Leasing, Tactical Space Planning & Design, Building Management and Corporate Relocations. Mr. Forrest spent his early years in construction management on Hartsfield Atlanta Airport and the MARTA Airport station prior to working in the New York office of the architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and was the resident architect for the construction of the Georgia-Pacific Center in Atlanta, a 52-story steel frame building. Mr. Forrest holds a Bachelor's degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology in Architecture.
