Holly Plank

Holly Plank has an extensive work experience history. Holly currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at The Cadmus Group. Prior to this role, they served as the Operations Director at the same company. Before joining The Cadmus Group, Holly was the Senior Manager of Business Operations at Obsidian Analysis, Inc. Holly also worked as an Independent Consultant from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Holly held various positions at BAE Systems, including Director of Integration and Facilities and Chief of Staff. Holly also worked at DFI International as a Principal and Senior Associate, where they directed business transformation activities and managed programs for DoD clients. Holly began their career as an Evaluator-Intern at the US Government Accountability Office and as an Administrative Assistant at the Johns Hopkins University Center for Social Organization of Schools.

Holly Plank has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from McDaniel College. Holly also holds a Master of Public Management degree in International Security and Economic Policy from the School of Public Policy, University of Maryland.
