Hayden Jaffe

Hayden Jaffe supports the grants team in conducting general fund management for donors, administering donor-recommended grants, and ensuring grants comply with current IRS charitable giving guidelines.

Before joining CCF, she was the Senior Foundation Manager at a fiscal sponsor organization where she provided philanthropic advisory services for professional athletes and other celebrity clients. Previously, she worked as a nonprofit development professional, overseeing donor and corporate relations, grants, events, and Board development.

Jaffe graduated cum laude from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in human development and philosophy and a minor in women and gender studies.
