Jacey Dapper supports the grants team in conducting general fund management for donors, administering donor-recommended grants, and ensuring grants comply with current IRS charitable giving guidelines.
Prior to joining CCF, Dapper served as the Program Manager of Immigration Legal Services and Refugee Resettlement at Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, Inc. Previously, she directed environmental, political, and social justice campaign offices across the country.
Dapper graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She is currently a master’s candidate at Penn State University, working towards her Master of Public Administration in nonprofit management.
