Loretta Patterson

Senior HR Business Partner at The California Community Foundation

Loretta Patterson is the primary contact for benefits administration, leaves of absences, safety and security and HR Compliance. She oversees the various services, policies, and programs within the HR department and works in partnership with the VP of Human Resources and Administration to develop effective internal procedures, support employee-related issues and retention efforts.

Prior to joining CCF, she spent 12 years at Pediatric Management Group/Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Medical Group as the Sr. HR and Payroll Specialist.

She received her B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.
