Rochelle Witharana

Rochelle Witharana, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer at The California Wellness Foundation since May 2015. Rochelle oversees financial and investment operations, managing accounting, budgeting, and tax reporting. Previously, Rochelle held roles such as Controller/Director Finance at the Foundation, Accounting Manager at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, and Sr. Consulting Manager at Heinfeld, Meech & Co., P.C. With a background in accounting and finance, Rochelle has extensive experience in managing financial functions for non-profit organizations and state agencies. Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.
