Javier C.

Javier C. serves as the CEO EMEA at Hurley since January 2020 and co-founded theCamp Brands in December 2019. Previously, Javier held senior roles including Brand Director at Pepe Jeans London, where a comprehensive brand strategy was executed to support global transition and digital growth from May 2015 to January 2020, and Global Brand Director for Nike, driving the Action Sports Category integration from June 2012 to May 2015. At Quiksilver, from 2007 to 2011, revenue doubled under Javier's leadership as Vice President & General Manager Latin America. Early career highlights include managing the DC Shoes brand in Spain and co-founding UniversoBebe, focusing on B2C and B2B models. Javier holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de las Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES).
