William Yu

William Yu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. William is currently serving on the Global Advisory Board for Smith School of Business at Queen's University. William is also the Founder of Cansbridge Fellowship, a program aimed at fostering future leaders by selecting talented individuals from Canadian universities. William has held positions such as Interim CEO, co-Founder, and Director at Prime Acquisition Corp., and Managing Director at Cansbridge Capital Corp. William has also held the role of Director, CFO/COO at Optoplex Corp. Additionally, they were a Co-Founder, Director, and CFO of Spring Creek Acquisition Corp., which merged with AutoChina. William has worked as CFO at Telos Technology and as Co-founder, CFO, and COO at Intrinsyc Software. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various financing activities and acquisitions.

William Yu attended Queen's University from 1980 to 1987, where they pursued a degree in MBA and BSc (Mech Eng).
